We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content in the app and on the website under general law. Members are responsible for content they post in challenges (nicknames, agreements, scale photos). We are not obliged to monitor this content in advance. As soon as we become aware of an infringement, for example through the report function in the app, we remove the content without delay.
Liability for links
Our service contains links to third-party websites, for example to support services. We have no influence on their content, for which the respective provider is responsible. If we become aware of an infringement, we remove the link.

Texts, graphics and the logo of Lossboard are protected by German copyright law. Any use beyond the limits of copyright law requires our written consent.
