Right of withdrawal
This is a translation. In case of any differences, the German version prevails.
This policy applies to purchases you make as a consumer directly from us on the website lossboard.app (payment via Stripe).
Current status: purchasing on the website is prepared. This policy applies once it is switched on.
For in-app purchases through Apple's App Store or Google Play, the terms and refund rules of Apple or Google apply. You request refunds there.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
You can also declare your withdrawal using the "Withdraw from contract" button on lossboard.app. We will then confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Our promise: full refund within 14 days
We do not let your right of withdrawal expire early, even if the challenge has already started within those 14 days. If you withdraw within 14 days of purchase, you always get the full price back, with no deduction and no compensation for use.
What happens to the challenge after withdrawal:
- The challenge has not started yet: it becomes a free challenge for up to 3 people again. Further members can only take part once a new purchase is made.
- The challenge is already running: we do not lock it. It continues for all members until its end. A "New round" will then need a new purchase.
- Organizer year: challenges that are already running continue until their end. New challenges with more than 3 people can only start after a new purchase.
Your statutory rights, for example in case of defects, remain unaffected.
